STAFF POSITIONS
Under the direction of Director of Campus Services/Designee the Assistant Director will facilitate and assist in maintaining the University's main campus buildings, oversee contracting services for maintenance, drivers, security, cleaning, landscaping and ground maintenance.
Under the supervision of the Dean of College of Business and Economics, the Executive Assistant to the Dean will provide administrative and secretarial support to the academic functions of Dean's Office and assistance in any special project. This position ensures the efficient and effective functioning of the daily operations of the Dean's Office and activities of the College of Business and Economics.
Under general supervision, provides a full range of information technology support services, including client side installation, configuration, testing, troubleshooting and repair of hardware, software, networks and applications in a centralized IT organization.
The Systems Administrator is responsible for the configuration, implementation, and maintenance of various technologies managed by the Information Technology department. This person will focus on the administration of servers, storage and backup. The Systems Administrator will assess and identify appropriate solutions to be integrated into the University systems and make recommendations for implementation. Takes appropriate
actions to resolve issues. Provide follow-up with staff to verify effective problem resolution and staff satisfaction.
Under the direct supervision of the Associate Registrar, the Functional Support Specialist is responsible for all functional Banner-related tasks, including updates and maintenance of CAPP, testing and integration of functional updates to existing software (Banner, Argos, DegreeWorks, etc.), collaborating with the Associate Registrar, IT, and IR staff in developing Argos reports, collaborating with IT staff in developing and maintaining all RO forms online via Workflow, and providing functional support and training to staff and faculty in relevant units (colleges, Admissions, Scholarship, AAC, LSS, etc.). This staff member will assist the Associate Registrar in creating semesters, processing end-of-term data, updating academic standing, etc. S/he will also assist in implementing new policies and procedures associated with the functional areas of Banner, and other software used by the RO and the university. The Functional Support Specialist will also establish and maintain close collaboration with IT and IR staff, as well as with the colleges.
The Office of Student Life is looking for a committed Soccer Coach to work on part-time basis at AUK. S/He will be required to supervise, lead and coach AUK team during the various intercollegiate tournaments on/off campus.
Reports to the Training Operations Manager.
